Finding great employees these days has become more competitive. Here’s a round up of resources you can use to find potential candidates, and how they work.

Today it has become more and more difficult to find, attract, and hire talent. Sure, you’ve got a great product, service and even great brand awareness, but great candidates won’t flock to your doors and beg to work for you. Aggressively marketing your company takes time and effort. Your management team may have limited time or unable to conduct a real search without outside help.

What are your options? A variety of external resources exist. These resources include temporary agencies, contingency firms/headhunters, search firms, state unemployment offices, contract recruiters and even social networking groups.
