A “personality” can do wonders for a business. They can also be a pain, difficult at times, temperamental, etc. But the same characteristics that can make them tough to deal with at times are also the characteristics that can help you build you business. Corra has always believed a business will go a lot further when clients perceive a personality.

Some personalities are just that, and some come with difficult or more complex backgrounds. It pays to run a background check on the candidates you are either considering hiring or representing your business. A personality-type can do wonders for your. But they can also create havoc and prove embarrassing.

Corra suggests you definitely run the criminal search and civil searches. You may also want to run the comprehensive background report if the person is not really a hire but more of a consultant.

Check them out before you hire.
