Corra finds it interesting that there may be fewer jobs out there for college grads. But they pay more. Corra has heard some kids quote their starting salaries, and often those salaries are quite impressive.

Corra can guess that perhaps a portion of the Darwin theory is that those who are strongest, smartest and the most creative and innovative are the ones who get what jobs there are out there. Either that, or Daddy has some pull.

Corra hopes that when you hire young college graduates you would run background checks on them. The education verification is a most important background check to determine if your employment candidate actually graduated from the school he claimed on his resume. Some alleged graduates not only didn’t graduate from the school, but never went there at all.

So hire carefully. Interview thoroughly. And check them out before you hire.
