Before You Do Business, Do Corporate Research

Corra understands that times can be tough with the economic downtown. In harder times, many businesses get nervous, even desperate and seek new business opportunities without performing the necessary due diligence. They may wish to enter into joint ventures or partnerships of one sort or another. They may even be seeking new clients with dubious or unknown reputations.

Leaping before you look can get your business into some very deep and hot water. Best to first conduct corporate research on your prospective clients or venture relations. This would include a business credit check, a Partner/Owner Comprehensive Check and even criminal and civil searches.

These searches are very cost effective and can save you bundles in money and public embarrassment. If you smudge your reputation you may lose other clients as well.

Do yourself a favor. Check them out before you do business.
