Corra Group is preparing for when both brick and mortar and online retailers enter a major but final stage of hiring for the holiday season. The El Segundo, California background screening service views this phase or the holiday hiring season as the critical time when employers fill in the gaps, regarding additional staffing needs, while adding new drivers to meet what is typically the holiday overload for home delivery.

“This should be a unique year for holiday staffing,” said Corra Group Co-Founder, Gordon Basichis. “In the past years online shopping has been on the increase. But this year with the pandemic already creating the demand for additional drivers, we see our clients adding new drivers in order to avoid any challenges in delivering holiday items on time.”
