Corra know of a company where the pay scales have changed a number of times within the last few years. With much of America earning more the changes, most of the worst, are not making the employees very happy.
Pay workers, but make sure you have really competent workers that are worth paying. Get adventurous and innovative thinkers and mix them with your solid back office folk. And run background checks on all of them.
