— Candidate answered cell phone and asked the interviewer to leave her own office because it was a “private” conversation.

This article is good as reverse engineering. As an employment candidate it can mean one thing. For the employer, it can mean quite another. Essentially, this is a good check list for any HR Manger in assessing the qualifications of any job candidate.
