Corra Group Discontinues DOT Related Drug Tests to Concentrate on Driving Record Services, Including Puerto Rico MVRS
Corra Group is now offering Puerto Rico Motor Vehicle Driving Records as a quicker turnaround than previously. In addition, the El Segundo, California headquartered background checking company will discontinue any new DOT compliant drug testing, as it moves to expand its offerings elsewhere.
“We are delighted we can offer Puerto Rico Motor Vehicle Driving Records at decent turnaround times,” said Corra Group Co-Founder, Nick Gustavson. “As most know the country has been ravaged by hurricanes and flooding that for quite some time reduced its ability to provide background checks or driving records. With our new business channels, the average turnaround time for Puerto Rico driving records is three to five business days.
“This background check can be conducted solely for employment screening purposes,” said Gustavson. “We require the job applicant provide to his employer his full name, the last four digits of his social security number, date of birth, and drivers license number. A copy of the license itself, front and back, is preferable.”
Gustavson explained as Corra Group moves to expand its now employment screening and due diligence services, it has decided to discontinue any new clients in need of Department of Transportation compliant drug tests and the management consortium that goes with it. He noted that Corra Group would retain the account of current clients but would not add any new trucking groups to its random management consortium. He pointed out that Corra Group will still offer to truckers all types of background checks, including criminal records and PSP Reports.
