As the article attests, entrepreneurial spirit makes the world go around. Yet, not everyone is infused with entrepreneurial spirit. Far from it. Corra finds scant few that have that desire to go it alone, eschewing the security of steady employment.
But most often even for established businesses, those with the entrepreneurial sense will be innovative enough to move a business forward. In today’s global market that ability to show enterprise and creativity is what will help a business advance. Most people who are blessed with these talents will often go into business for themselves.
But not everyone. There are employment candidates out there just chomping at the bit to break the cubicle mentality mold and show what they really have. If you as a business can harness these talents, then you may enjoy siginifcant revenue increases and business expansion.

As part of your pre-employment screening program, you should be running employment verification and education verification reports. A credit report will show how responsible they are with their personal finances.
Check them out before you hire.
